PI-CHeCK Portal is a secure gateway for CSIR family; both serving and retired employees along with their spouses, to get enrolled in the Phenome India-CSIR Health Knowledgebase (PI-CHeCK) study. Portal enables Registration to the study, following which the participants need to fill a health questionnaire to enable slot booking for blood sample collection and organ scanning modalities.

Portal collects the multi-parametric de-identified data of the participants including, amongst others, medical history, lifestyle habits, dietary habits, anthropometric measurements such as Height, Body Composition, Skinfold Thickness, Grip Strength, Spirometry and Oscillometry for Lung Function Tests, Elastography for Liver, ECG, Skin Health Analysis, Blood Biochemistry and Molecular Assay based techniques such as Proteomics, Metabolomics, Genomics and Microbiome Studies.

Furthermore, access to individual biochemical and organ scanning reports is provided through this portal to respective participant. The privacy of participants is maintained in the portal via data secured at rest, transit and editing in line with the HIPAA compliance. The de-identified data is stored in the secured central server.
